    Hey Ladies -

    I love life so I have lots of faves, and as most of you probably know I love a good treat that's also a good boost

    Today I have a great shake recipe for you. 

    Remember:

    The protein addition is good for you not only to build muscle, but to help curb your appetite.

    Peanut butter is one of the right kinds of fats - you need (the right kinds of) fats as part of your diet: they provide energy, maintain your core body temperature and help you absorb certain nutrients. 

     

    Peanut BUTT-er & Jelly Protein Shake

    10 oz unsweetened almond milk

    1-2 scoops Vanilla Isoflex protein by Allmax Nutrition

    1TB Natural Peanut butter

    6  strawberries

    Stevia to taste

    Ice

    Blend & Enjoy!
