A. How do I determine my size or sizing charts?
Each legging has a size chart in the description. Our leggings run true to size. Sometimes based on the different fabric types, dye lots, or styles, sizing varies slightly but we will also describe if the product is running small.
Typical sizing chart for full length leggings: (US Sizing)
SMALL (4-6) | Waist 25-26 | Hip 36-37 | Front Rise 7.5 | Inseam 20.5
MEDIUM (8-10) | Waist 27-28 | Hip 38-39 | Front Rise 8.5 | Inseam 21.5
LARGE (12-14) | Waist 29-30 | Hip 40-41 | Front Rise 9.5 | Inseam 22.5
B. How do I care for my tights?
BQ legging are made with the best quality material and workmanship. Please use care putting on and taking off the leggings (by not pulling by the mesh material). With proper care you can extend the life of your leggings.
- We recommend washing on delicate cycle in cool/cold water
- Do not use chlorine bleach
- Tumble Dry low or Air Dry
- Do Not Iron
C. Can I exchange for ordering the wrong size?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have the item in stock at the time we will do our best to accommodate. See our Return/Exchange Page for more information.

D. Can I order BootyQueen Apparel as a gift for a friend?
Yes! We offer a few options. You can purchase BQ Gift cards here https://bootyqueenapparel.com/products/bq-gift-card or you can have any item send to a different address than the billing, and you can put a note on the order if its a present. The BQ staff can make sure we make it special for who the present is being sent to.
E. Do some fabrics and colors fit different?
Depending on the fabric types, dye lots, or styles, sizing varies slightly. We always note the sizing differences in the product description.
F. Can I order a special color or style?
At this time we are not offer custom ordered items.
G. What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and PayPal. BQ gift cards are also another option for payment on the site. For Canada and the US we accept Visa Debit cards, and for the US only we accept Discover and JCB cards.
We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note, all orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel or pause any orders that we determine as fraudulent or malicious.
H. Returns & Exchanges
I. Changing/Canceling Orders
You may change or cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it by emailing email@example.com. We cannot make changes to an order once it’s been submitted for fulfillment.
Amanda & Steve personally process all the orders themselves at this time. We ship using USPS.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO Address?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 30-45 business days in worst cases. We do use USPS Priority mail when shipping to these addresses, and it is typically 7-10 business days.

Some of our leggings are limited edition and seasonal, so we always recommend that if a product is in stock, don't wait to order! We can not guarantee that they will be a restocked item. We often sell out quickly on our limited edition/seasonal styles.
