    RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise in its original condition (unworn & tags still attached) within 21 days or purchase date.
    • Once a return or exchange has been approved  BootyQueen Apparel will exchange or refund* the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment. *excludes sale items.
    • Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.
    • Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, downloadable PDF’s, and workout products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
    • Returns and exchanges will only be issued once the original item(s) from your purchase has been fully returned, with order number attached, approved and processed by BootyQueen Apparel staff.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • The customer is responsible for ALL* shipping costs on returns back to BootyQueen Apparel.
      *BootyQueen Apparel will cover the costs to mail back the defective product, please contact support@bootyqueenapparel.com if you have received a defective product.
    • If you receive a defective item, please contact support@bootyqueenapparel.com so we can resolve the situation immediately.  
    • BootyQueen Apparel reserves the right to reject any return and will determine action on a case by case scenario.
    • All sales are final on digital media, downloads, workouts, and workout products.
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
      Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
      Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase.
    • If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account.
    • If your refund is late or missing please follow the steps provided below.
      If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
